• What is it about your business that no one can get from anywhere else? That is, what is your "franchise?"
• What advantage do you have over all of your competition?
• Do you have enough money to live on as well as start the business?
• Have you made your business plan?
• Have you made your operations manual? What are all the things you have to do to make a profit?
• Finally, cut your expected revenue in half and double your expenses. Does it still make a profit?
